03 Account Registration & Management

Registration Rules

To register an account on bet1x, you must provide an active mobile number. All information submitted must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information may result in account termination.

Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

No individual may create more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Conditions

Deposits on bet1x can be made via mobile banking or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is clearly displayed on the platform.

• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals cannot be made until all bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Bet1x offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms that must be fulfilled. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a required wagering amount must be completed first.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement means you must wager a specified multiple of your bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example, a BDT 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place BDT 2,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date — once expired, the bonus is void.
• Some games may not count toward wagering requirements.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously may not be permitted.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in the cancellation of all associated benefits.

06 Gaming Rules

Fair Play

All games on bet1x are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and independently audited by third parties. Ensuring a fair and equal chance for every player is our core commitment.

Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a server or network issue, bet1x will determine the outcome of that round based on system records. If no record is available, the wagered amount will be refunded.

Game Results Are Final

Once a round is completed, its result cannot be changed. However, if there is clear evidence of a technical error, bet1x will investigate the matter.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet1x and may result in account termination:

• Registering with a fake identity or false information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Cheating or manipulating the bonus system.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical infrastructure.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Contacting our support team will have the process completed within 48 hours. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.

In cases of terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity, bet1x reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice. In such cases, there is no guarantee that any remaining balance will be returned.

11 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

Bet1x reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered mobile number or in-app notification in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reading the new terms whenever you receive a change notification.
